Is putting a will together one of your New Year's Resolutions? After the holidays, join MCPOM for this very important seminar with attorney Heather Sunderman. You will learn about the process of setting up a will, estimated costs, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Heather L. Sunderman is a graduate, cum laude, of American University’s Washington College of Law.
She was admitted to practice in Maryland in 2003, the District of Columbia in 2010 and the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2017. She has litigated high-conflict cases in all three jurisdictions and regularly participates in Continuing Legal Education programs to keep up with the constant changes in the law. In addition to her litigation practice, Heather is trained as a mediator and collaborative law practitioner. She has been appointed by the Court on multiple occasions to represent children and disabled adults in guardianship matters. She has been named to the Maryland SuperLawyers Rising Stars list for 2013-2016 and again in 2018.
