Homeschool with the Cool Kids: A virtual evening for parents of kids who decided virtual learning wasn't working for their family- or any parents interested in homeschooling their crew!!  Bring your questions, share your findings, and take away a tip or two.

Alessa Giampaolo Keener, M.Ed. is an educational consultant who works with families across the country in developing individualized education programs for children who do not thrive in traditional brick and mortar schools. In addition to homeschooling her own children from kindergarten into college, Alessa earned a masters degree in education from Johns Hopkins University and a certificate in special education advocacy from the William and Mary Law School. Alessa volunteers her time managing the Maryland Homeschool Association.

For 5 years, Abby has led her crew (8, 6, 3.5) with a fearless eclectic approach from her home in CalvertCounty.  Their favorite field trips are all of them!  But if they had to choose, glass blowing, weekday trips to Williamsburg and NYC for museums and theater top the list!  Abby's husband is a firefighter in PG County and together, the Sines team creates many shenanigans!
