This will be a one-hour virtual group discussion for parents of multiples of any age. Engage in a discussion about "mom guilt", how it affects parent mental health and parenting, and learn coping strategies. 

This seminar will be led by MCPOM's own Dr. Jill Jacobson. Dr. Jacobson is mom to 4 year old identical twin boys and a 7 year old boy.
